Code was deployed into CBP’s Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) CERTIFICATION region on 11/15/2021, for the US Department of Agriculture, Lacey Act. This new code validates data provided in the PG05 record in the PGA Message Set, for the genus, species, and sub-species data elements. The validations are for common misspellings and mis-categorizations of data. Trade should expect a reject if invalid data is submitted in those fields.
