Ref: Message 4320410, dated 11/15/2024 1. Commerce has amended the final results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on phosphate fertilizers from the Kingdom of Morocco for the period 01/01/2022 through 12/31/2022. This amendment was published in the Federal Register (89 FR 104979) on 12/26/2024, and changes the cash deposit rate for the producer/exporter as listed in paragraph 2. 2. For shipments of phosphate fertilizers from the Kingdom of Morocco entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/12/2024, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: Producer and/or Exporter: OCP S.A.; Jorf Fertilizers Company I; Jorf Fertilizers Company II; Jorf Fertilizers Company III; Jorf Fertilizers Company IV; Jorf Fertilizers Company V; OCP Nutricrops S.A. Case number: C-714-001-001 Amended rate: 16.60% 3. Instructions for granting a request for a refund on any overcollection will be issued in a separate message. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. 5. Do not liquidate any entries of the merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 6.
