If an inquiry cannot be resolved via email, ACE Support team members will contact the inquirer via telephone. Reminder messages will be sent in early December and on January 2, 2022. FDA ACE Support hours are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, 8AM-8PM Eastern and can be reached at ACE_Support@fda.hhs.gov both before and after this change.
