CSMS #49292372 - Food and Drug Administration (FDA) incorrectly rejecting valid FSV email addresses U.S. Customs and Border Protection sent this bulletin at 09/07/2021 09:39 AM EDT Cargo Systems Messaging Service CSMS #49292372 - Food and Drug Administration (FDA) incorrectly rejecting valid FSV email addresses A small number of entry lines transmitted to FDA with a valid FSV email address were incorrectly rejected after FDA’s deployment over the weekend (CSMS # 49239943 and # 49059465 ). This validation has been reverted to the previous logic to prevent incorrect rejects. If a reject message was received and a valid email address was transmitted for the FSV entity, re-transmit the entry. The new deployment date for the FSV validation will be shared via CSMS once available.
