The four drawback offices will be managed out of five Centers and each Center will manage two industries. Center of Excellence and Expertise Industries Apparel, Footwear & Textiles San Francisco Field Office Apparel, Footwear & Textiles Consumer Products & Mass Merchandising Automotive & Aerospace Detroit Field Office Automotive & Aerospace Electronics Base Metals Chicago Field Office Base Metals Industrial & Manufacturing Materials Petroleum, Natural Gas & Minerals Houston Field Office Petroleum, Natural Gas & Minerals Machinery Pharmaceuticals, Health & Chemicals New York Field Office Pharmaceuticals, Health & Chemicals Agriculture & Prepared Products The New York office staff will be managed by the Pharmaceuticals, Health & Chemicals Center and the Automotive & Aerospace Center. There are no changes to the processing of claims, transmission of claims, and submission of ruling and privilege application requests.
