Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) numbers marked with an LPC code of ‘28’ (Aluminum License) will require the submissions of the license number issued by the Department of Commerce/International Trade Administration in the AE transaction. The HTS has been updated to reflect the new Aluminum License as of June 25, 2021. The 67 records impacted are incorporated in the Harmonized Schedule Update (HSU) 2106.
