CSMS #48082286 - May 2021 – ACE Tips and Guidelines for Filing EPA Pesticides and Devices U.S. Customs and Border Protection sent this bulletin at 05/25/2021 12:13 PM EDT Cargo Systems Messaging Service CSMS #48082286 - May 2021 – ACE Tips and Guidelines for Filing EPA Pesticides and Devices The purpose of this message is to announce the availability of the “ACE Tips and Guidelines for EPA Pesticides and Devices.” This document supersedes and replaces the June 8, 2018 “ACE Tips for Filing EPA Pesticides.” In response to continued questions from the trade community on a wide range of Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) import electronic filings issues, EPA expanded its tip sheet in both content and length. The revised Tips and Guidelines serves as a reference guide that both refreshes the knowledge of an experienced filer and briefly educates a novice filer on what is required for filing. The document includes resource links for supplementary content on FIFRA pesticides and import requirements and a detailed outline of the options and steps for filing.
