CSMS #46628486 - PSCs with AD/CVD data receiving ACE System Failure Response U.S. Customs and Border Protection sent this bulletin at 03/16/2021 04:50 PM EDT Cargo Systems Messaging Service CSMS #46628486 - PSCs with AD/CVD data receiving ACE System Failure Response There is a current issue with Post Summary Correction (PSC) ACE transmissions. A PSC filed on a summary with AD or CVD case information and the Entry Type is not 23 (TIB) and the Liquidation Status is not Extended is returning an ACE System Failure (ASF). CBP is working to resolve the issue. Please do not resend the transmissions. Another CSMS message will be issued when the programming fix is moved to production. If a successful PSC transmission receiving ASF is required to meet timeframes, please contact your assigned Client Representative.
