NEW On October 10, 2020, the President issued Proclamation 10101 under section 201 of the Trade Act of 1974 removing bifacial solar panels (HTS 8541.40.60.15) from duty exempt status and adjusting duty rates for goods as described in the Annex to the Proclamation. See 85 Federal Register 65639 , October 16, 2020.
