The ACE Support Center will operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time (excluding federal holidays). This transition is reflective of usage patterns by trade. The support center can be reached at ACE_Support@fda.hhs.gov , or 877-345-1101 (domestic toll-free) or 571-620-7320 (local or international).
