Currently, the Inquiry/Personal Investigation functionality, which provides the ability to update a facility record or request a new DUNS number, is unavailable. However, such information may be obtained by contacting Dun & Bradstreet directly at DUNSLookupSupport@dnb.com or by phone at 866-705-5711. You may also visit https://www.dnb.com/duns-number/lookup.html . To address stakeholder concerns with obtaining a DUNS number for the purpose of FSVP, importers may use UNK in lieu of a DUNS number until the issue is rectified.
