CSMS #45122000 - Use FDA PNSI System to submit FDA Transportation & Exportation (T&E) Entries U.S. Customs and Border Protection sent this bulletin at 12/10/2020 09:17 AM EST Cargo Systems Messaging Service CSMS #45122000 - Use FDA PNSI System to submit FDA Transportation & Exportation (T&E) Entries Currently, FDA Prior Notice data being submitted via PE filing in ACE (S tand -al one submissions for FDA P rior Notice ) for Entry Type 62, Transportation and Exportation is being rejected. The CBP ACE technical team is aware of the issue and is working to fix it. However, the time frame to deploy the fix is unknown at this time. Until this issue is resolved, if you need to submit Stand-alone prior notice data for Entry Type 62, Transportation and Exportation, you must use the FDA Prior Notice System Interface (PNSI) System. An additional CSMS will be issued when the issue is resolved. Please Note: Stand-alone submission of FDA Prior Notice data via the PE filing in ACE for ALL other entry types is being processed without issues. For questions regarding Prior Notice, please contact the FDA's Division of Food Defense Targeting (DFDT).
