It is currently posted to the Chapters: Drafts for Futures Capabilities tab on CBP.gov. The update includes the following: Moved existing 11-Record Foreign Trade Zone Identifier in position 54-60 (7-character version) to 11-Record position 63-71 to support *NEW* 9-character FTZ ID format. (The existing 5- and 7-characther length formats are still supported until further notice.) Deployment to CERT is scheduled for December 22, 2020 and January 23, 2021 for Production.
