The issue, which dates back to 2018, prevented Drawback claimants from successfully filing claims with certain older ACS import entries on them. Filers may now submit or resubmit Drawback claims in ACE that contain these ACS import entries for processing. If you continue to have issues with filing Drawback claims with ACS import entries on them, please contact the Drawback Policy Office within the CBP Office of Trade at OTDRAWBACK@cbp.dhs.gov .
