Currently, the Inquiry/Personal Investigation functionality, which provides the ability to update a facility record or request a new DUNS number, is unavailable. However, such information may be obtained by contacting Dun & Bradstreet directly at DUNSLookupSupport@dnb.com or by phone at 866-705-5711. You may also visit https://www.dnb.com/duns-number/lookup.html To address stakeholder concerns with obtaining a DUNS number in a timely manner for the biennial registration renewal, the Center for Food and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) has published a guidance announcing temporary allowance of registration and renewal submissions without a DUNS number. Upon submission, the registrant will have 90 calendar days to update their registration with a valid DUNS number. Failure to update with a valid DUNS number within 90 calendar days of submitting a registration or renewal will result in cancellation of the registration.
