CSMS #45022198 - Updated ACE EPA CATAIR posted – Updated Contacts and Clarifications U.S. Customs and Border Protection sent this bulletin at 11/30/2020 04:59 PM EST Cargo Systems Messaging Service CSMS #45022198 - Updated ACE EPA CATAIR posted – Updated Contacts and Clarifications The ACE CATAIR Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Supplemental Guidelines have been updated to include current program contact information for EPA-regulated commodities, and nine updates identified in the change log on page 3. These updates are purely for document clarification. There are no ACE coding updates associated with these changes. These updates provide (1) guidance on what should be provided as a commercial description in the OI record, (2) an updated reference to a list of all valid Unit of Measure codes, and (3) clarifications for certain records for On-Road Vehicle and Engine Declarations and Pesticide Notices of Arrival.
