The issue was that Drawback claimants received error message ‘F083 IMPORT HMT CLAIMED EXCEEDS PD AMT #{ENTRYNBR} #{LNENBR’ despite transmitting the Quarterly HMT indicator in the 43-Record. The issue has been fixed and Drawback claimants should resubmit claims for processing.
