CSMS #44518384 - Ocean Import Manifest missing/conflicting status messages U.S. Customs and Border Protection sent this bulletin at 10/22/2020 02:20 PM EDT Cargo Systems Messaging Service CSMS #44518384 Update-Ocean Import Manifest Missing/Conflicting Status Messages CBP continues to fix the transactions with missing/conflicting status messages in Ocean AMS that is affecting ACE Cargo Release, Inbond, and FTZ processes. This was the result of a performance fix implemented over the weekend. The issue has since been resolved but the transactions that were impacted are currently being corrected by CBP. Some of the issues the Trade may expect to see include Bill Not on File for bills known to exist, No Bill Match for known ISF matches, Run Terminated for healthy transmissions. CBP expects to have the bulk of this messaging corrected by Friday 10/23/2020 but expects some of the effects to linger into next week. CSMS messages will continue to be issued to update the Trade on the latest developments.
