CSMS #44265550 - Authorized Use of Disclaim Code A for Three Greenhouse Tomato HTS Codes U.S. Customs and Border Protection sent this bulletin at 09/30/2020 09:34 AM EDT Cargo Systems Messaging Service CSMS #44265550 - Authorized Use of Disclaim Code A for Three Greenhouse Tomato HTS Codes All filers utilizing HTS codes 0702.00.2010, 0702.00.4010 and 0702.00.6010, will be authorized to disclaim these products when submitting AMS data. The filer will utilize disclaim code A since these products are not regulated by AMS under Section 8e of the Marketing Order (MO) and Agreement Act of 1937 and are, therefore, not regulated under the MO message sets. An update to the AM3 and AM4 flagging requirements is pending. Filers can also continue to bypass all AMS Organics (OR) message set (flagged AM7 and AM8) requirements with a warning for at least the next year.
