1. On 12/04/2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register (89 FR 96212) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the countervailing duty order on large diameter welded pipe from the Republic of Turkiye (C-489-834). 2. Commerce determined that Borusan Birlesik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. is the successor-in-interest to Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (C-489-834-001). 3. Commerce determined that entries of subject merchandise produced and exported by Borusan Birlesik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. are entitled to Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.'s exclusion from the order. Accordingly, CBP should discontinue suspension of liquidation of imports of shipments, and discontinue collecting cash deposits, from the producer/exporter combination that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/13/2023. Case Number: C-489-834-001 This exclusion from suspension of liquidation does not apply to entries of merchandise: (i) produced by Borusan Birleşik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and exported by any company other than Borusan Birleşik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.; (ii) exported by Borusan Birleşik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and produced by any company other than Borusan Birleşik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.; or (iii) exported by a company that sourced from this excluded combination. Accordingly, such merchandise should be entered under the appropriate case number and cash deposit rate. 4. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
