1. On 12/02/2024, (89 FR 95180) Commerce published in the Federal Register its final results of administrative review of the countervailing duty order on glycine from India (subject merchandise) for the period 01/01/2022 through 12/31/2022. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for one company. Accordingly, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/02/2024, produced and/or exported by the company named below, CBP shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value. Producer and/or Exporter: Kumar Industries, India; Advance Chemical Corporation; Rexisize Rasayan Industries; Reliance Corporation Case numbers: C-533-884-001 Cash deposit rate: 6.03% Note to CBP: In the final results of the 2022 administrative review, we found cross-ownership between Kumar Industries, India, Advance Chemical Corporation, Rexisize Rasayan Industries, and Reliance Corporation. See 89 FR 95180. 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of subject merchandise until specific assessment instructions are issued. 4.
