1. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (89 FR 93274) on 11/26/2024 the final results of its administrative review of certain producers and/or exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails from Taiwan for the period 07/01/2022 through 06/30/2023. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, for shipments of certain steel nails from Taiwan produced and/or exported by the firms listed below, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/26/2024, the required cash deposit has been revised: Producer and/or Exporter: Liang Chyuan Industrial Co., Ltd.; Integral Building Products Inc. For all producers/exporters of certain steel nails from Taiwan without their own rate, the cash deposit rate is 2.16 percent. 5. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 6.
