The entry will be rejected if the indicator is used on non-entry type 21 submissions. If DCI=Y, FDA data is not allowed on the entry. The entry will be rejected if FDA data is present in this scenario. For additional guidance on reporting FDA-related products on a Type 21, please contact FDA: FDAImportsInquiry@fda.hhs.gov .
