CSMS #43129527 - RESOLVED: ACE Portal latency and New Truck UI issues U.S. Customs and Border Protection sent this bulletin at 06/22/2020 07:47 PM EDT Cargo Systems Messaging Service RESOLVED: ACE Portal latency and New Truck UI issues CBP has resolved the issues that impacted the new Trade Truck UI and caused latency in ACE Portal. Normal Portal and EDI processing has resumed. Trade is advised that the new Truck UI is available again. Legacy Trade UI is also available as a backup and new turn off date will be determined and announced via CSMS. Trade partners are encouraged to use the New Truck UI. CBP technical team continues to monitor the application. Update your subscriptions, modify your password or e-mail address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page .
