Commerce has completed its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain magnesia carbon bricks from the People's Republic of China for the period 01/01/2012 through 12/31/2012 and published the final results in the Federal Register on 10/16/2014 (79 FR 62101). 2. Accordingly, for shipments of certain magnesia carbon bricks from the People's Republic of China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 10/16/2014, you shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value.
