CSMS #43063234 - Technical Issue with ACE 5106 Importer Account Application U.S. Customs and Border Protection sent this bulletin at 06/16/2020 04:34 PM EDT Cargo Systems Messaging Service CSMS #43063234 - Technical Issue with ACE 5106 Importer Account Application Please be advised that CBP was made aware of an issue with the ACE 5106 Importer Account functionality in the Production environment (PROD) which had been ongoing since approximately 10:30 am EST on June 16, 2020. The issue was that users received an error message which stated “500 Internal Server Error” when attempting to launch the 5106 application in the UI. The issue has been resolved. Update your subscriptions, modify your password or e-mail address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page . You will need to use your e-mail address to log in.
