1. Commerce has amended the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on aluminum extrusions from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam). This amendment was published on 10/28/2024 in the Federal Register (89 FR 85510) and changes the cash deposit rate for certain producers and/or exporters. 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 4284401, dated 10/10/2024. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-552-837. 4. For this amended final determination, Commerce found that critical circumstances exist for imports of aluminum extrusions from Vietnam. Accordingly, for imports of aluminum extrusions from Vietnam from the exporter/producer combinations listed below, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/07/2024.
