Commerce has amended the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on aluminum extrusions from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam).
This amendment was published on 10/28/2024 in the Federal Register (89 FR 85510) and changes the cash deposit rate for certain producers and/or exporters.

The products covered by this investigation are described in message 4284401, dated 10/10/2024.

This proceeding has been assigned case number A-552-837.

For this amended final determination, Commerce found that critical circumstances exist for imports of aluminum extrusions from Vietnam.
Accordingly, for imports of aluminum extrusions from Vietnam from the exporter/producer combinations listed below, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/07/2024.
For the period 02/07/2024 through 10/02/2024 (the period 90 days prior to the date of publication of the preliminary determination until the day prior to publication of the final determination) CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the exporter/producer combinations listed below:

For all Vietnamese exporters of aluminum extrusions from Vietnam which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the Vietnam-wide rate.
B.
For all non-Vietnamese exporters of aluminum extrusions from Vietnam which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the exporter/producer combinations that supplied that non-Vietnam exporter.
