1. On 10/01/2014, Commerce published in the Federal Register (79 FR 59217) its final results in the changed circumstances review (CCR) of the countervailing duty order on certain lined paper products from India (CLPP Order) (C-533-844). 2. In the final results identified in paragraph 1, Commerce determined that Navneet Education Limited is the successor-in-interest to Navneet Publications (India) Ltd. Consequently, Commerce determined that Navneet Education Limited should receive the same countervailing duty treatment with respect to imports of certain lined paper products from India as the former Navneet Publications (India) Ltd. 3. Accordingly, for shipments of certain lined paper products from India which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 10/01/2014, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated countervailing duties at the following rate: Producer and/or Exporter: Navneet Education Limited Case number: C-533-844-005 Cash deposit rate: 8.76% Note: Because we found Navneet Education Limited to be the successor-in-interest to Navneet Publications (India) Ltd. (C-533-844-003), effective 10/01/2014, Navneet Publications (India) Ltd. no longer has its own rate, and parties may no longer enter subject merchandise under case number C-533-844-003. 4. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
