Changes include updates to the PG20 to clarify requirements for non-US addresses. The State/Province and Postal Code are only required for US, Canada or Mexico addresses. (This change is expected in production on June 6.) Please see the change log for all updates. As a reminder: AMS has flagged the associated organics HTS codes with either AM7 or AM8. However, as with all of the USDA/AMS programs, the National Organics Program is NOT currently mandatory in ACE. Therefore, if trade does not provide the AMS data per the HTS flag, the entry can be accepted and trade will receive a warning for the Organic data missing. AMS is working on a notice of proposed rule making to require their data in ACE, but that requirement is not expected for at least one year.
