Note that entries with FDA data are still impacted by the issue reported in CSMS #45256002 (this number is corrected from the original CSMS). The issue of the long delays in generating an SO Cargo Release status after an accepted SX has been resolved. If you continue to observe this issue, please email the entry numbers to your assigned client representative. The delays in ACE Cargo Release postings to manifests it now limited to only entries that post to an air waybill. That is still being investigated. Another CSMS will be sent when it is resolved. Contact your assigned client representative if you observe a recurrence of item 1, or another issue that isn’t covered.
