1. This is a correction to message 4144401 dated 05/23/2024, to correct paragraph 4 of that message. 2. Paragraph 4 of message 4144401 lists an incorrect case number for the all-others entity. Paragraph 6 of this message contains the correct information. Below is the fully corrected message. 3. On 05/20/2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register its affirmative preliminary determination of sales at less than fair value and postponement of the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of truck and bus tires from Thailand (89 FR 43806). 4. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 3318406, dated 11/14/2023. 5. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-549-848. 6. For imports of truck and bus tires from Thailand, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/20/2024. Effective 05/20/2024, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: Bridgestone Corporation Case number: A-549-848-001 Cash deposit rate: 2.35% All Others Case Number: A-549-848-000 Cash Deposit Rate: 2.35% 7. Commerce found that a de minimis margin of 0.00 percent exists for imports of truck and bus tires from Thailand that were produced and exported by Prinx Chengshan Tire (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Therefore, CBP shall not suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/20/2024. 8. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the producer, then the following instructions apply: A. If the exporter of the subject merchandise does not have its own rate but the producer has its own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the producer's rate. B. Where neither the exporter nor the producer has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate of 2.35 percent to establish the cash deposit. 9.
