Notice of a negative amended final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) from Saudi Arabia (A-517-804)

1. Commerce has amended the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on OCTG from Saudi Arabia. This amendment was published on 08/19/2014 in the Federal Register (79 FR 49051) and changes the cash deposit rate for certain producers and/or exporters. 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 3212301, dated 07/31/2013. 3. This investigation has been assigned investigation number A-517-804. 4. Commerce found that a de minimis margin of 1.37 percent exists with respect to OCTG from Saudi Arabia. Accordingly, CBP is directed to terminate the suspension of liquidation for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/25/2014, to release any security, and to refund any cash deposits. The interest provisions of section 778 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, do not apply. 5. Notice of the lifting of suspension of liquidation of entries of merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/25/2014 occurred with the publication of the notice of the amended final determination of investigation (79 FR 49051, 08/19/2014). 6.
