Of note, in the PG22 record, a Declaration Code = FW3 is now required when the processing code = EDS. Below are the dates when this new requirement is expected in CERTIFICATION and PRODUCTION. (In addition, fixes to bugs that have been found during FWS CERTIFICATION testing are also expected on these dates. This includes data requirements related to the PG20 and PG21 records.) April 17 - CERT date for the March 30 Implementation Guide changes (plus few bug fixes) May 16 - PROD date for the March 30 Implementation Guide changes (plus few bug fixes) PLEASE NOTE: The above dates relate only to changes per this latest update to the FWS Implementation Guide (and to any bug fixes found in testing so far). The overall April 4 FWS deployment date is still valid.
