1. On July 21, 2014, Commerce published in the Federal Register its antidumping duty order on welded stainless pressure pipe from Thailand (79 FR 42289). See message number 4209305, dated 07/28/2014. At that time, the International Trade Commission (ITC) had not yet published in the Federal Register its final determination in its investigation of welded stainless pressure pipe from Thailand. 2. On 07/25/2014, the ITC published in the Federal Register its final determination in its investigation of welded stainless pressure pipe from Thailand. Accordingly, for imports of welded stainless pressure pipe from Thailand, CBP shall suspend liquidation of entries of such merchandise which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 07/25/2014 (date of publication in the Federal Register of the ITC final determination). Further, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the cash deposit rates identified below.
