Commerce published in the Federal Register (89 FR 55562) on 07/05/2024 the final results of an administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period 12/01/2021 through 11/30/2022. 2. For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that non-China exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice.
