1. On 06/24/2014, Commerce published in the Federal Register (79 FR 35726) its final results in the changed circumstances review (CCR) of the antidumping duty order on Certain Lined Paper Products from India (CLPP Order) (A-533-843). 2. In the final results identified in paragraph 1, Commerce determined that Navneet Education Limited is the successor-in-interest to Navneet Publications (India) Ltd. (Navneet Publications). Consequently, Commerce determined that Navneet Education Limited should receive the same antidumping duty treatment with respect to imports of CLPP from India as the former Navneet Publications. 3. Accordingly, for shipments of Certain Lined Paper Products from India which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 06/24/2014, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties at the following rate: Producer and Exporter: Navneet Education Limited Case number: A-533-843-072 Cash deposit rate: 0% Note: Because we found Navneet Education Limited to be the successor-in-interest to Navneet Publications (A-533-843-003), effective 06/24/2014, Navneet Publications no longer has its own rate, and parties may no longer enter subject merchandise under case number A-533-843-003. 4. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
