On 05/16/2024, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued its final judgment in Best Mattresses International Company Limited and Rose Lion Furniture International Company Limited v. United States (Consol. Court No. 21-00281) sustaining Commerce's remand redetermination pertaining to the less-than-fair-value investigation of mattresses from Cambodia covering the period of investigation January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019. This amendment was published in the Federal Register (89 FR 50260) on 06/13/2024, with an effective date of 05/26/2024, and changes the cash deposit rate for the producers as listed in paragraph 2. 2. For shipments of mattresses from Cambodia entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/26/2024, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: Producer and/or Exporter: All-Others Case number: A-555-001-000 Cash deposit rate: 103.79 percent Producer and/or Exporter: Best Mattresses International Company Limited; Rose Lion Furniture International; Rose Lion Furniture International Company Limited Case Number: A-555-001-001 Cash Deposit: 103.79 percent 3.
