In the SO70 record, updates were made to codes in Notes 3 and 7. Note 9 was added to explain usage of a PGA line number '000'. In the SO71 record, two data elements were added to replace the 'filler' fields, and note 1 was updated to explain usage of these new data elements. In addition, codes in Note 4 were updated. These changes are expected to be available in CERT on February 28, 2020. These changes are expected to be available in PROD on April 4, 2020.
