1. This is a correction to message 4151402, dated 05/30/2024, to correct the paragraph numbering and the spacing issues in that message. 2. The paragraph numbers skip from number 4 to 6 in message 4151402 and there is too much spacing between the paragraphs and other information throughout the message. Below is the fully corrected message. 3. On 05/24/2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register (89 FR 45839) its final determination of sales at less than fair value and final determination of critical circumstances in the antidumping duty investigation of certain paper shopping bags from Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam). 4. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 4011421, dated 01/11/2024. 5. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-552-836. 6. Because Commerce has determined that critical circumstances exist for imports of certain paper shopping bags from Vietnam from the exporters listed below, CBP shall suspend liquidation of all such entries of certain paper shopping bags that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 10/05/2023, which is 90 days before the date of publication of the preliminary determination in the Federal Register. Effective 05/24/2024, for entries of certain paper shopping bags from Vietnam, from the exporters listed below, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the following dumping margins: Exporter: Vietnam-Wide Entity Case number: A-552-836-000 Cash deposit rate: 92.34% Exporter: Dong Sung Printing Co., Ltd. Producer: Dong Sung Vina Printing Co., Ltd. Case number: A-552-836-001 Cash deposit rate: 36.51% Note: Dong Sung is sometimes translated as one word "Dongsung."
