1. On 05/30/2014, Commerce published in the Federal Register (79 FR 31090) its final affirmative determination of sales at less-than-fair-value in the antidumping duty investigation of welded stainless pressure pipe from Malaysia (A-557-815). 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 3169301, dated 06/18/2013. 3. This investigation has been assigned investigation number A-557-815. 4. Because Commerce determined that critical circumstances exist for imports of welded stainless pressure pipe from Malaysia from the producers and/or exporters listed below, CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of all appropriate entries of welded stainless pressure pipe from Malaysia that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/30/2014. Effective 05/30/2014, for entries of welded stainless pressure pipe from Malaysia from the producers and/or exporters listed below, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the following dumping margins: Producer and/or Exporter: Superinox Pipe Industry Sdn. Bhd./Superinox International Sdn. Bhd. Case number: A-557-815-001 Cash deposit rate: 167.11 % Producer and/or Exporter: Kanzen Tetsu Sdn. Bhd. Case number: A-557-815-002 Cash deposit rate: 167.11 % Producer and/or Exporter: Pantech Stainless & Alloy Industries Sdn. Bhd. Case number: A-557-815-003 Cash deposit rate: 167.11 % 5. Commerce found that critical circumstances do not exist for imports of welded stainless pressure pipe from Malaysia from the producers and/or exporters listed below. For imports of welded stainless pressure pipe from Malaysia from the producers and/or exporters listed below CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of such entries which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/30/2014.
