On 05/24/2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register its affirmative final determination of sales at less-than-fair value and negative determination of critical circumstances in the antidumping duty investigation of certain paper shopping bags from India (89 FR 45826). 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 4067404, dated 03/07/2024. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-533-917. 4. For imports of certain paper shopping bags from India, CBP shall suspend liquidation of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/03/2024 (date suspension first started). If the exporter of the subject merchandise does not have its own rate but the producer has its own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the producer's rate. B. Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate of 1.20 percent to establish the cash deposit rate. 7.
