This maintenance was previously announced in CSMS #40982153 . CBP will be performing an urgent upgrade to the ITDS SFTP server on Saturday, 02/08/2020 . There will be a 3 hour outage during our normal maintenance window from 10 pm to 4 AM. Technical POCs from all Trade/PGAs should be available during the maintenance window to verify that their connections are working on the new SFTP server A Bridge Call has been set up to assist Trade/PGAs during this maintenance window as needed and ensure that all connections are successfully reestablished. The bridge line will be supported on Monday morning (02/10/20) as well.
