The associated FWS samples will be posted soon. This document is final and trade users can begin coding accordingly. The current expected schedule for FWS in ACE is: March 2, 2020: FWS code is available in CBP's CERTIFICATION environment. April 4, 2020: FWS Production Pilot begins (only for pilot participants). October, 2020: FWS HTS flags enforced in PRODUCTION for all filers. CBP and FWS are working on a Federal Register Notice with additional details about the FWS Production Pilot.
