1. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (89 FR 22372) on 04/01/2024 the corrected final results of its administrative review of certain producers and/or exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on utility scale wind towers from the Republic of Korea (Korea) for the period 08/01/2021 through 07/31/2022. This notice corrected the final results of the review published in the Federal Register on 03/07/2024 (89 FR 16544) to include certain exporters and/or producers covered by the review. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, for shipments of utility scale wind towers from Korea produced and/or exported by the firms listed below, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/07/2024, the required cash deposit has been revised: Producer and/or Exporter: CS Wind China Co., Ltd. Case number: A-580-902-002 Cash deposit rate: 1.95% Producer and/or Exporter: CS Wind Malaysia Sdn. Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate for establishing the cash deposit rate. 4. For all producers/exporters of utility scale wind towers from Korea without their own rate, the cash deposit rate is 5.41 percent. 5. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 6.
