1. Commerce has amended the preliminary determination in the antidumping duty investigation on mattresses from Taiwan. This amendment was published on 03/21/2024 in the Federal Register (89 FR 20164) and changes the date of first suspension of liquidation for all other producers and/or exporters. 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 4068402, dated 03/08/2024. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-583-873. 4. Because Commerce determined in the amended preliminary determination that critical circumstances do not exist for imports of mattresses from Taiwan for all other exporters and/or producers, the retroactive suspension of liquidation ordered in message 4068402, dated 03/08/2024, is terminated. Accordingly, CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of entries of mattresses from Taiwan for all other exporters/producers that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/01/2024, the date of publication of the preliminary determination in the Federal Register (89 FR 15129). Effective 03/01/2024, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for all other producers and/or exporters listed below: All Others Case Number: A-583-873-000 Cash Deposit Rate: 624.50% 5. Instructions for discontinuing suspension of liquidation and to liquidate all suspended entries of mattresses from Taiwan for all other exporters/producers without regard to antidumping duties for the period 12/02/2023 through 02/29/2024 will be issued in a separate message. 6.
