1. Commerce has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on steel propane cylinders from Thailand for the period 08/01/2021 through 07/31/2022. This amendment was published in the Federal Register (89 FR 22123) on 03/29/2024, and changes the cash deposit rate for the producer/exporter as listed in paragraph 2. 2. For shipments of steel propane cylinders from Thailand entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/23/2024, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: Producer and/or Exporter: Sahamitr Pressure Container Plc. (also known as Sahamitr Pressure Container Public Company Limited) (SMPC) Case number: A-549-839-001 Amended rate: 2.15% 3. Instructions for granting a request for a refund on any overcollection will be issued in a separate message. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. 5. Do not liquidate any entries of the merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 6.
