1. On 03/11/2024, (89 FR 17404) Commerce published in the Federal Register its final results of administrative review of the countervailing duty order on utility scale wind towers from Malaysia (subject merchandise) for the period 03/25/2021 through 12/31/2021. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for one company. Accordingly, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/11/2024, produced and/or exported by the company named below, CBP shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value. Producer and/or Exporter: CS Wind Malaysia Sdn Bhd Case number: C-557-822-001 Cash deposit rate: 10.72% 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of subject merchandise until specific assessment instructions are issued. 4.
