Commerce has completed its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain pasta from Italy for the period 01/01/2011 through 12/31/2011 and published the final results in the Federal Register on 03/04/2014 (79 FR 12154). 2. Accordingly, for shipments of certain pasta from Italy entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/04/2014, you shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value. Producer and/or Exporter: Molino e Pastificio Tomasello S.p.A. Case number: C-475-819-051 Cash deposit rate: 1.83% Producer and/or Exporter: Delverde Industrie Alimentari S.p.A. Case number: C-475-819-056 Cash deposit rate: 0.00% Producer and/or Exporter: Valdigrano di Flavio Pagani S.r.L. Case number: C-475-819-054 Cash deposit rate: 0.00% 3.
