1. On 03/01/2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register its affirmative preliminary determination of sales at less than fair value in the antidumping duty investigation of mattresses from Poland (89 FR 15155). 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 3242405, dated 08/30/2023. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-455-807. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-455-807 for Commerce purposes and case number A-455-807 for CBP purposes. 4. For imports of mattresses from Poland, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/01/2024. Effective 03/01/2024, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: ARJOHUNTLEIGH AB Case number: A-455-807-001 Cash deposit rate: 330.71% Producer and/or Exporter: COM FORTY LIMITED SP Case number: A-455-807-002 Cash deposit rate: 330.71% Producer and/or Exporter: COM40 SP.
