1. Commerce published in the Federal Register (89 FR 9122) on 02/09/2024 the final results of the administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on electrolytic manganese dioxide from the People's Republic of China for the period 10/01/2021 through 09/30/2022. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/09/2024, (the date of publication of the final results of review in the Federal Register), the required cash deposit has been revised for certain exporters as detailed below: Exporter: Duracell (China) Limited Case number: A-570-919-000 Cash deposit rate: 149.92% Note to CBP: As a result of this review, Commerce determined that Duracell China Limited is not eligible for a separate rate and is part of the China-wide entity. Effective 02/09/2024 (the date of publication of the final results of review), entries of subject merchandise from this exporter should be entered under A-570-919-000. 3. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporter listed above then the following instructions apply: A. If the China or non-China exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all exporters of subject merchandise that have not been assigned a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate of 149.92 percent. C. For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that non-China exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise included in this administrative review until assessment instructions are issued. 5.
